TORQ F1T Yoga, Pilates and Barre are key to developing a strong foundation, aiding your body’s recovery, and achieving physical and mental relaxation. Any of our TORQ Vitality classes can improve your overall strength, mobility and flexibility. By practicing Yoga, Pilates and Barre you will increase the health and longevity of your spine, as well as build greater core strength.

Yoga 1

Yoga 1 is a great practice for ALL levels! This Beginner/Restorative class offers a gentle approach that is designed to help you become familiar with yoga postures and proper alignment. YOGA 1 is the perfect option for beginners, someone looking for a relaxing practice or anyone recovering from injury (*always follow your doctors advice).
Duration: 55-minutes

Yoga 1-2

After you feel comfortable with the postures and movements taught in the YOGA 1 classes, you will be ready to move to our Yoga 1-2. These classes offer a more challenging practice that emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, with an exploration of new poses.

Yoga 2

In Yoga 2, you will find these classes are designed to take you to the intermediate level. These group practices will help you to continue your journey of expanding your body’s strength, stamina and flexibility as you master a variety of advanced postures and demanding sequences.

Pilates Mat

TORQ F1T is a fully operational Pilates® studio for both mat and reformer users. Using the STOTT Pilates® method, TORQ Pilates Mat class combines the STOTT method of focusing on breathing and the spines natural curvature while using the body’s own resistance in floor work exercise. The benefits of TORQ Pilates® Mat include increased spine mobility, reduced lower back pain, stronger core and overall body awareness.

Barre

TORQ Barre is a fun ballet-inspired class that employs a low-impact technique incorporating small, pulsing body movements and basic Pilates positions in order to achieve muscle toning in target areas including; hips, thighs, arms and abdominals. The class is topped off with efficient stretching to create long, lean muscles. *No dance history required!
